Our Administrative Staff


		Fran Krochak Office Manager I've been an office manager for 25 years, so running the office is second nature to me. That means I can help my brother achieve one of his key goals — putting our patients at ease. He and the clinical staff do it during procedures; Sherice and I do it at the front of the office, where patients arrive, make appointments and pay their bills. Each patient is special to us and I like to make each one feel that way. I greet them with a smile, by name and in a soft calming voice. I love it when patients say, "Thank you, Fran, for your patience and making me feel less anxious about the whole process," because in the end that what our practice is about.


		Sherice Altreche Office Administrator/Insurance Coordinator I have been an insurance administrator for 17 years. I think my experience makes patients feel better about navigating their insurance coverage and the financing costs insurance doesn't cover. The most satisfying thing about my job is the relief I see on patients' faces when they realize I will help coordinate financing if they need it so they can get the treatment they deserve. It's fun to come to work everyday and see happy patients. I hear patients say over and over again, "Dr. Krochak is wonderful!" He's a great captain, and he runs a tight ship. I think he'd agree, we all have a part in that "wonderful" thanks to his leadership.
