Dr. Michael Krochak is Chief of Staff at 29 West Dental Associates and Founder and Director of the Dental Phobia Treatment Center of New York. Dr. Krochak is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the Director of the Mount Sinai Hospital Dental Phobia Clinic.

A cum laude graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Krochak has lectured frequently on the subject of dental anxiety. He has published many articles in this field and has been featured on WCBS Newsradio, Fox 5’s "Good Day New York", NBC Today Show, and in the Daily News, Newsdsay, NY Post, Parade Magazine, American Health, and Vogue as well as having been interviewed for many other media forums.

Dr. Krochak also has had extensive post-graduate training in periodontics and implant dentistry. He emphasizes cosmetics in his practice and serves as a smile consultant to many salons and plastic surgeons.
